HEC GEL: GA-0840

GA-0840 is a stable dispersion, 40% active by weight hydroxyethyl cellulose in BTEX-free mineral oil. GA-0840 is designed to create viscosity in all fresh water solutions and clear brines workover applications. GA-0840 is designed to remain stable and to avoid separation and settling resulting in an active product.

CL-IB10 is a borate-based crosslinker for use in fracturing fluids containing guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). CL-IB10 is self-buffering and requires no pH control additives. CL-IB10 provides instant gel activation. CL-IB10 is alkaline-based with no carbonates.

ENZYME BREAKER (HIGH PH, LIQUID): BR-EZ20

BR-EZ20 is an enzyme breaker for use as a breaker agent for guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). BR-EZ20 is extremely effective up to a pH level of 10.0 and at temperatures below 160°F with effectiveness decreasing as temperature increases.

OXIDIZER (POWDERED, AMMONIUM PERSULFATE): BR-OX10

BR-OX10 is a powdered oxidizer for use as a breaker agent for guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). A powerful breaker that is cost-efficient, BR-OX10 is effective at temperatures above 125°F.

OXIDIZER (POWDERED, SODIUM PERSULFATE): BR-OX20

BR-OX20 is a powdered oxidizer designed as a breaker agent for guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). A powerful breaker that is cost-efficient, BR-OX20 is effective at temperatures above 125°F.
 

BUFFER (LOW PH): BF-2510

BF-2510 is a liquid acidic buffer for use in pH buffering of guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). BF-2510’s loading rates can be adjusted to provide a pH ranging from 3.0-6.0.

BUFFER (HIGH PH): BF-2520

BF-2520 is a liquid alkaline buffer for use in pH buffering of guar gum and guar gum derivatives (CMHPG & HPG). BF-2520’s loading rates can be adjusted to provide a pH ranging from 9.0-12.0.
 

FRICTION REDUCER (ANIONIC, FRESHWATER, LOW BRINE): FR-0710

FR-0710 is anionic friction reducer designed for water-based fracturing fluids and low brines. FR-0710 is a high molecular weight copolymer designed to enhance the water movement in oil wells, reducing the friction pressure incurred at high flow rates. FR-0710 is designed to provide excellent friction reduction in all freshwater and low brine water. Additionally, FR-0710 is a useful lubricant in drilling mud applications.

FRICTION REDUCER (ANIONIC, HIGH BRINE): FR-0711

FR-0711 is an anionic friction reducer designed for water-based fracturing fluids and low and high brines. FR-0711 is a high molecular weight copolymer designed to provide excellent friction reduction in all freshwater and low and high brines (KCl and NaCl). FR-0711 is an anionic polymer emulsion that is designed to break quickly in high brines. Additionally, FR-0711 is a useful lubricant in drilling mud applications.

FRICTION REDUCER (CATIONIC, FRESHWATER, BRINES, ACIDS): FR-0712

FR-0712 is a cationic friction reducer designed for water-based fracturing fluids, low and high brine and acids.
 

PIPE ON PIPE: POP-0730

POP-0730 is specifically designed to reduce pipe drag generated from point loading or wall contact during coiled tubing and workover pipe movements. This product is designed to provide lubrication between steel surfaces and is pumped during pipe movement to allow extended horizontal depths to be achieved.

LIQUID BEAD: LB-0740

LB-0740 lubricant is a suspension of divinyl styrene benzene copolymer drill beads in a lubricant that is hydrocarbon free. This multi-phased lubricant is designed to decrease the co-efficient of friction in all water-base drilling fluids while also reducing torque, drag and the potential for differential sticking in the wellbore.

COIL BEAD: CB-0741

CB-0741 lubricant additive is a proprietary blend of highly active copolymer beads in an environmentally friendly carrier fluid. It is used as a drilling fluid lubricant where ease of addition is needed and prevents the possibility of spillage of dry beads at the rig floor as a possible safety benefit.
 

NON-EMULSIFIER: NE-8710

NE-8710 is an extremely effective non-ionic, non-emulsifier designed to prevent emulsions in both fracturing fluids and acids. NE-8710 has exceptional compatibility with gelling agents, crosslinkers, sequestering agents and corrosion inhibitors. NE-8710 delivers a low surface tension, helping achieve wettability and water recovery. NE-8710 is designed to deliver break times within 60 seconds.
 

CLAY STABILIZER: CC-1310

CC-1310 is a liquid clay control additive designed as a potassium chloride substitute or ‘temporary’ clay stabilizer for use in hydraulic fracturing applications. CC-1310 has low toxicity levels, no surfactants and has no known incompatibilities with USA Guar Gum’s line of oilfield chemicals.
 

IRON SEQUESTERING AGENT: IS-5910

IS-5910 is a highly effective iron sequestering agent designed for application in acidizing and fracturing operations. The product is compatible with all commonly used acid types, such as hydrochloric acid, mud acid and organic acids. IS-5910 rapidly complexes with both ferrous and ferric iron generated during acidizing treatments to prevent the precipitation of iron sludges in the near well bore and well bore areas. The product is especially applicable in acidizing treatments for the removal of down hole depositions of iron sulfide. Application of IS-5910 greatly reduces the potential for acid emulsions resulting from iron sludges during acid flow back. The product is nonionic for excellent compatibility with all commonly used acidizing additives
 

SCALE INHIBITOR: SI-3310

SI-3310 is a phosphorous-based, aqueous solution intended to avert scale buildup. SI-3310 is proficient in preventing calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and barium sulfate scale.
 

BIOCIDE (DAZOMET 24%): BC-0210

BC-0210 is an exceedingly effective anti-microbial controlling agent for hydraulic fracturing applications, stimulation activities, drilling muds, workover or completion fluids or water treatment. BC-0210 is potent against acid-producing bacteria and renders a long kill-term compared to other oilfield biocides. BC-0210 is highly compatible and exceptionally effective with USA Guar Gum’s friction reducer products.
